When does a miscarriage start with a negative test?

A week ago I found out I was pregnant; I had a clear line on the positive test. I did 4 more tests, all positive. Around the weekend my symptoms disappeared, I took another test and it was much lighter. Last night even lighter, this morning nothing at all. So it's a miscarriage.

But I don't have any cramps or bleeding yet. Does anyone have experience with how long it can take for it to start?

I was about 5 weeks pregnant.

Mine didn't start on its own, I think it's different for every woman.

My miscarriage started with severe headaches. Later, a few tiny drops of blood (Thursday at 5 am)... This didn't immediately progress; I got through that night with a panty liner. It wasn't until the next day around 2 pm that I started bleeding heavily...

It's different for everyone, but you can get caught in between...

That's intense, Linda. It didn't start on its own for me. After waiting over 2 weeks, I took pills. That was over 6 weeks ago and not everything has come out yet. I have to have a procedure soon to clean out my uterus. I've been dealing with this for 8 weeks now. I hope everything will be behind us soon and that we'll get the green light to move forward again.

It finally went through for me yesterday. So a day after the negative test. Friday's the ultrasound, hopefully it'll be clear then.

That's awful Mir, sounds like hell! Lots of strength!
