Sperm count

Hi!

Maybe a bit of a weird question, but I couldn't find the answer.
What's the minimum amount of sperm that needs to be in the syringe for self-insemination?
With a 5mm syringe you already have enough, whether it's 1mm, 2mm, 5mm or more.
The donor doesn't always have a huge amount.

It's more about the number of good sperm than the volume of the ejaculation or how many chances you have for success.
Each ejaculation releases about 3 to 5 ml of semen (the size of a thimble), which normally contains between 100 and 200 million sperm cells. Per milliliter, there are about 20 to 50 million.
That's what is left behind on average during a normal sexual encounter with the receiving partner
