Instinct? Cramps and bleeding

Hi!
Unfortunately, a few cycles later. Since December 2016 trying for a second. As fast as the first came, this is taking so long.
I had a positive ovulation test on March 2 (last Friday).
Last Saturday I had huge abdominal cramps, which I normally never have. This was 8 days after the positive ovulation test. Does implantation feel that bad?
Now 2 days later, since this morning some brown spotting, I thought shit! But it's been quite a few hours now and it's still there. Normally speaking, my period would start soon.
My period would actually be Thursday/Friday usually on the evening of the 13th day.
The day feels like it lasts hours and I've been to the toilet a million times to see if it's going to start yes or no.
Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding?

Hi Roosje89, I totally get that. I had pretty bad cramps for 2 days, which I'd never had before, along with a light bleed that lasted over a week. I work in hospitality, and I only get light bleeding when I'm at work, not at home. I haven't seen any discoloration for a week now, and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. First ultrasound is next Wednesday, so it's quite nerve-wracking.
