Very faint line?!

Hi ladies! You've probably seen a hundred of these posts by now, but I'd really appreciate it if you'd help me think this through..
I had a miscarriage a month ago, had a check-up a week later, and according to the midwife everything was fine. In fact, she saw that a new cycle was already starting. If I go by what she said and my previous cycles, my period should be due tomorrow or the day after. I also think I felt ovulation about two weeks ago. Now I tested this morning and there was a very faint line. I'm afraid my own body and mind are playing tricks on me! What do you think?

I'd say positive! But I have no idea how it is with the hormones you might still have in your body from the previous pregnancy, so a bit complicated! I hope it's a new pregnancy! I'm curious

What Elisa says, hope it's not from your previous pregnancy.

I'll join the other two ladies.

I tested until I got a white pregnancy test after my miscarriage. I don't know how far along you were when you (unfortunately) had a miscarriage? But if the line gets darker every day, it's positive anyway! Exciting.

Hi Clautjuh, looking back, I could have done that better too.. how long did it take for your tests to come back negative? I was 6.5 weeks.. But I understood that you can't ovulate as long as there's HCG in your blood, no idea if that's true or not

I don't think so either... but just keep testing, and if the line gets darker, you're pregnant again. I don't remember exactly how long my tests stayed positive, but my period was around Nov 27/28, and on Dec 28 I had a positive ovulation test. That round I got pregnant too.
