Ovulation, implantation after extreme preterm birth

Had an extreme preterm birth on Jan 30th (22 weeks). Now I've been bleeding-free for about three weeks, and two and a half weeks ago I felt my ovulation just like I did before my pregnancy.
Last Sunday I had a tiny bit of bleeding, which seemed like implantation bleeding. Up until now, no positive test yet.
What do you all think? Should I wait a bit longer? Or did I not ovulate at all? Does the timeline for ovulation and implantation even make sense?
When would I expect my period if I'm not pregnant? By the way, I feel very pregnant and I'm so desperate now that I keep getting negative tests.
I'm nauseous, have headaches, am extremely hungry, very emotional, easily overstimulated, and especially experiencing that extreme fatigue I had at the start of my previous pregnancy.
Somewhere inside I'm afraid it's all in my head and that I'm focusing too much on wanting to get pregnant again. But still, that ovulation pain, implantation bleeding, and all those symptoms... yet no positive test.

Wow, that’s so intense what you’ve been through. Your body definitely needs some time to recover from this. So your whole cycle really needs to stabilize first. It’s only been such a short time. Take your time with it, I think that’s better for processing and also for your body. Your entire hormonal balance is still a rollercoaster. I understand that if your desire for children is strong, you want to move on quickly, but going through this at 22 weeks is no small thing. A stable and balanced body recovers much faster, so think of yourself! It’ll be okay again, I’m sure. Strength and success in the future when trying to conceive.
