early pregnancy test testing too early?

.. Just have a little patience! That one week where you know earlier is nice, but sitting in suspense for a week isn't fun either, right? I'd rather plan for a later date when you're really overdue than test too early, so hopefully it'll be clear for you both in one go! Good luck!

I used the early tests during my previous pregnancy too, and they showed a very faint positive on the day of my period, so I’d just wait.

Hi Ellen!! I completely understand your curiosity/impatience, I'm just the same haha.. Now I can only tell you: those early tests don't always do what they promise..

I tested negative on Saturday with an early test and positive on Sunday with a regular one. So who knows???

    Hi ladies,
I got my period on Feb 12th, it lasted only 4 days. On Feb 19th we had intercourse and I think I ovulated on Feb 22nd because I suddenly had a lot of mucus (egg white consistency). The next day the discharge remained heavy but turned whiter. Yesterday, Feb 25th, I still had a lot of white discharge but it wasn't stretchy anymore. I also have cramps and sharp pains in my belly. Since today, Feb 26th, my breasts have been bothering me too; they feel sore and tender. I know I can't test yet but I'm driving myself crazy. What do you think??

I did an early dipstick test with "2besure". Has anyone here had experience with it?
On Sunday I had my period, today I tested with morning urine and got one big thick line
    I really feel pregnant though?
With previous pregnancies I always used the Kruidvat 2v5, I'll definitely pick this one up on Monday if I haven't gotten my period by then.
I just hope someone can give me some hope and has also experienced that the test was negative at first?

I test every x with 2-step and had 1 early mk
It gives clarity with the lines, I've used both regular and early ones and I find them super.
Now waiting until next week, currently at dpo 6. I also used the ovulation tests from 2-step, really a recommendation.
I've used other brands too, but you end up spending a lot of money on those things.
I wouldn't test too early because that's what I did, and it was positive, but 3 days later I got my period anyway, so I'd rather wait until nod or later.

    Love

Ellen, so sorry for what you've been through.. still, it's quite a shock when it doesn't turn out well, and in the first weeks you're always so full of anticipation.
Regarding your question: are your pregnancy tests negative again? Because it can take up to 3 weeks for all pregnancy hormones to leave your body. Ovulation tests also react to that pregnancy hormone (not the other way around), so maybe it's giving a distorted picture then.
Personally, I'd keep having intimacy, but don't try to measure everything until after the first period post-MC. Keep an eye on your cycle length and see what happens. You seem to be extra fertile in the month after the MC, so who knows!

Wow, that's really tough about your miscarriage! I think your ovulation tests are still reacting to the hCG in your body. I had an early miscarriage before this pregnancy and didn't ovulate again until more than 4 weeks later. To be sure, it's better to keep testing with a pregnancy test until it comes back negative. I got pregnant again the following cycle, so it can happen pretty quickly. Good luck!

    Thanks for your lovely messages.
We’ll definitely get intimate again; it’s amazing how you miss something like that when you’re going through such an intense experience.
I’ll see how things go in the coming days. If it happens quickly, that would be absolutely welcome. In every way, it’s very welcome.
