unusual but not weird names

We really love slightly different names. It only takes one letter that’s changed or added to make it a completely different name. Or names you don’t hear often but that are easy to remember.

For example:
Yeliz instead of Elize
Venna instead of Fenna (it just feels different to me)
Nour instead of Noor
Irem
Nanah
Kiana instead of Kiara
Scarlett instead of Charlot
Alessia instead of Alicia

Those are basically the names we love.
The names we listed above we find beautiful, but for various reasons we can’t use them. For example: Nanah is beautiful but I can’t really picture a 40-year-old woman named Nanah. We like Alessia, but maybe it’s too close to Camille... We think Venna is different but still a bit too normal. Nour rhymes with whore.
And the other names are already taken by family members or close friends. Or he just won’t like them.

So we urgently ask for your help, because our unborn girl is due (according to the plan) in 5 weeks!

    Alessia is an ordinary name?!
That's actually a very classic Italian name...

I’m also called Venna. If you look at how popular Fenna has suddenly become, it’s indeed become a bit more 'common' now. However, I still haven’t met anyone who is also called Venna. By the way, I still often hear: "What a beautiful name" or "What a special name". So maybe not very common after all.
The only thing is that I always have to clarify when it’s written down that it’s spelled with a V But well, I think it looks nicer with a V too.
Hope it might help you. Good luck with choosing!
