Paris for a boy

What do you think of the name Paris for a boy?
Pronounced as you say it, so not Perris in the American way, but Paaris.

    Can't make anything else out of it, I don't think it's very pretty for a girl either, but for a boy it's completely nothing.

    No, I don't think so either. People will probably expect a girl anyway with that name.

    I used to know a somewhat alternative woman, and her son was called that. She said it was originally a boy's name, something like a Roman god or something.
    Completely unrelated to the city of Paris or Paris Hilton, so to speak.
    That's how I came across it.
    But apparently the association is completely different haha!
    I find it so hard, a boy's name!

    Haha yeah I get that your perspective is totally different then. And you should always do what you want, no matter what others say.. a boy's name is indeed really tough. Are you looking for a less common name?

    Yeah, that's right! Not too common, but also not too complicated. My husband doesn't like Paris either, so that's out anyway, haha.
