Trying to get pregnant

Hi ladies,
Since May this year we've been trying to conceive. I'd like to share my story/questions with you all.
I stopped the pill at the end of May because we want to get pregnant. I try to keep my mind off it as much as possible because I have endometriosis and because I'm the type who can obsessively monitor everything. So I decided to just let things happen naturally, but I had a question for my GP about my period and she got upset that I wasn't tracking it. So I ended up tracking it after all.
My cycle is now 36 days long. I had my period on Sept 6th and it should be due again on Oct 11th (hopefully not, hehe). Anyway, I went to the bathroom this morning and saw another red, slimy string in my underwear... sorry if it's a bit of a gross topic. Have you guys experienced this too? Or do you know what it is?

Yeah, you're better off not making it too much of a big deal, they say it'll go better that way. Just have sex every other day, then you're usually on the right track. Or during your fertile window, have sex every day, haha, or twice. But it has to stay fun, of course. The month before I got pregnant, I also had some mucus when I peed, and I'm still not sure what it could have been. So unfortunately, I can't help you with that. But getting pregnant can happen very quickly; it's more about finding the right time and hoping. I think we just got lucky and were pregnant within a month. I hope you get pregnant soon. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, I think I’m on my period again... I really thought it was this time, and even my husband did... I was feeling nauseous, dizzy, and had sore breasts. I’m still unsure whether I should take the test...

Hi! This is the umpteenth time my period has been irregular, but no positive result for being pregnant. I had a miscarriage when I was 16, and since then my periods have been irregular. Now I'm 32 and really want a baby, but it's never worked out.

I don’t know that doctor personally, but I know my girlfriend got pregnant after consulting him because she kept having miscarriages. This guy creates special tailored treatments, and I’ve read good reviews saying his way of working is really special.
