Ovulation?!

Hi everyone! I had my IUD removed on January 26th after waiting a year until my boyfriend was ready. The next day I started doing ovulation tests and did two tests yesterday at the same time (see the top photo). I think I ovulated yesterday?!
I’m going to test again at 6 PM and am really curious about the results. I hope to have a positive pregnancy test in two weeks. Although I’m fully aware it might take some time.
Greetings!

Hi! I think he can still go up further! Did you turn the one with the green around?

Oh okay. I did it again today and now the line on the sensitive test was lighter, and on the regular one it was barely visible. So I think I probably ovulated yesterday after all?!

The green one is super positive and just looks great on all the lower dip sides

Yes, butterflies, because that one with the green is clearly positive!

That sounds exciting! I just don't know when to expect my period. Can I take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks? Or should I wait until I get symptoms or my period?

Yes, you're basically counting 14 days after your ovulation. You can kind of assume that, but Mother Nature decides everything herself, of course.

How long did your first cycle last, or is this your first cycle?

You can indeed take a pregnancy test at 14 dpo, but even that is up to Mother Nature unfortunately. Some only get a positive test after a week late, while others already have a thick positive line four days before their period...

The absolute best is to wait until you're actually two or three days late, but ultimately, do what you want. Tests from Action or Sensi aren't very expensive, so if you like, you could test every morning just for fun. Just saying...

Yeah, I'll check in about 2 weeks. It's a bit tricky since I don't know my menstrual cycle yet. Thanks for responding!

With me, those from Sensitest also didn't get darker than this, so you did have your LH peak. But then your ovulation follows after that. About a day after your peak. But you can definitely test up to 14 days after the peak. Then you should see something. Good luck!

Okay, that sounds exciting! I've had sore and slightly bigger breasts since last night. Could this also be related to ovulation?
  11. Kimberley #12

    No experience with it...

My breasts also became more sensitive around my ovulation. But just a little bit. Nothing compared to how they are now hihi.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, Clautjuh. How are you feeling otherwise?

I find it all quite nerve-wracking. I notice that my surroundings are also ready for it. Haha. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm pregnant yet. Sometimes it's annoying to have to come up with a different excuse every time ????

Thanks! Yeah, overall I'm doing well. Sometimes I feel really nauseous and get tired quickly. And my boobs are growing like crazy haha. And of course, I get a bit more irritable sometimes. Otherwise, everything's fine. I get that it's annoying when people keep asking. It's pretty personal too.

Yes, it's definitely personal. I hope I can get pregnant someday too!
