Positive test but with bleeding

Hi ladies, hope you can help me out.

Took an early pregnancy test this morning and I should probably get my period on Feb 13th since I've had 32-day cycles twice. On Tuesday the test already showed a faint line, and this morning it showed a stronger line, so positive right? But last night I had some slight cramps and light bleeding, then it stopped until I took the test this morning and it was fine, with just tiny cramps again and light pinkish/red bleeding. It's not a lot, just small bits and very thin watery red blood. I already went to the assistant to ask since it's all new to me and I've been reading everywhere that some have more blood and others just a few drops, but the test does show two lines and I hadn't seen any blood before.

Does anyone here know or recognize this? I'm a bit unsure about it, I want to feel happy but the bleeding makes me doubt.

Love

I’d keep testing for a bit longer to see if the line gets darker (this one’s definitely positive too ). Has the bleeding stopped by now? You mentioned it wasn’t that much blood? I also had one episode of bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant; it turned out to be twins, and I miscarried one baby + had a blood clot, but that was quite a lot of blood.. Otherwise, maybe ask for an early ultrasound? They did that for me too.

Good luck, and congratulations in advance, dear

    Hi!
The bleeding hasn't stopped yet. This afternoon it was very pink/red, but now it's much less. The cramps come and go—sometimes they're there, sometimes not. My breasts feel nice and full. This afternoon I also had nausea and a headache. I'm thinking it's implantation, but I found the amount of blood loss strange. I've been checking every time I went to the toilet and didn't see anything lying around or on the wipe—just something like clear, watery blood. The nurse practitioner said it was normal and that the test was positive, and that I should just keep testing. If it stays positive, there's nothing to worry about, right?

I don't have any experience with bleeding during implantation, so I can't say anything about that. If you keep bleeding for a long time, I'd suggest getting an ultrasound, just to put your mind at ease.

On an ultrasound, they can't see anything yet. They usually only start seeing things from 6 weeks onwards. But I have 2 experiences with this. One time, bleeding 3 days after ovulation meant an early miscarriage. And the next cycle, this pregnancy, I had bright red bleeding at 12 dpo and I'm still pregnant. So unfortunately, it can go either way. Just keep testing. If the levels rise strongly, you're very likely still pregnant. If they stay low, it's usually not good. But an ultrasound will give real certainty. But then you'll have to be patient.

Yeah, they don't really do that here.
I wanted to test this morning but hadn't received anything yet. So I collected my urine in a jar, sealed it, and put it in a dark corner so I can check if it's still positive when the tests arrive. The cramps are gone; now it's just bright red blood, but much less than yesterday. Yesterday there were bursts of blood, but nothing visible... I'm now at 13dpo because I had a 32-day cycle last month. I've got white spots on my nipples (not on the areolas) on the nipple itself. My gut feeling says this isn't instability because I usually always have stomach pain, and that's completely gone now too. We hope everything will be okay and that it's normal. If it were abnormal, you'd think the bleeding wouldn't have decreased by now. Sorry for asking so much. It's my first time, and the assistant at the clinic doesn't say much. Unfortunately, we have a difficult clinic????

    How are you doing, Gwen?

Hey, unfortunately it seems I got my period on Thursday morning. I tested positive on Thursday morning and afternoon, then suddenly lost a lot of blood. I thought maybe implantation bleeding.
Friday morning I tested again, it was negative, and I lost more blood that continued through the whole weekend until yesterday. It got a bit less yesterday, and today it's been less so far. I hope it's almost over now. I always have my period for 5-6 days, so we're moving on to the next round...

Maybe there wasn't anything right after all, and I won't do early testing again. The 7th is the next one, so I'll test then. I hope it works out this time. No ovulation tests this month, just going by feel and every other day. It's actually quite funny because I was still like, oh yeah, I'm on my period, and my boyfriend was already doing all the calculations: yes, sweetheart, you'll get your period again on March 7th, so then and then is the fertile time. I was like hahaha okay, how did he figure that out so quickly????????????

Oh, the boy has already got it all down pat if I hear this right, hahaha. Surprises are going to be quite a challenge now!

Listening to you, you sound just like my story from the last round. All week long faintly positive tests, three days late, but because of the uncertainty, testing every morning, and then suddenly on Friday morning a completely white test. On Thursday morning, I already had blood drawn. On Saturday morning, a heavy period. Lots of clots too. On Monday, I contacted the midwife, and she congratulated me on being pregnant... so yeah, that was quite painful.

So I guess you had an early chemical pregnancy. I learned from it too... I'm definitely not going to test four days in advance anymore. I have learned my lesson.

But onward to the next round! At least you know you're fertile. That's nice to know too!

Yes, I also called the GP because I had read that HCG doesn't leave the body that quickly; it was already gone within 24 hours, even though I had tested that afternoon and the test was clearly positive. And now all of a sudden it's completely negative, but apparently that can happen, so I can get pregnant again right away...
If I have to trust my calendar, I'll have a fertile week again next weekend. I would actually like to test again, but I have this thing where I'll let it wash over me for now and just test every other day so we don't miss anything.. Hahaha. Yeah, that man of mine, you're amazed by him; sometimes I don't even know things and then he does...
I'm happily following along on this forum and hope I can pick up some info here, and here I can at least chat because I haven't told anyone, only my in-laws and my own parents. My best friend doesn't know anything at all, even though I know they are trying.. hahah

Yeah, with me my hcg was also out of my body really quickly. I tested positive at a value of 22 already, so you don't need much. Hence what Clau says, if that line is there, it's there, and then you do have hcg in your body, otherwise that line wouldn't come. That's just a fact. Only if a test doesn't increase but stays the same, then something is actually wrong and you can assume it's going to take a bad turn. I didn't know any of this at first either. In my family, a mc doesn't happen at all and they all got pregnant within half a year. It'll probably go differently here again...

With me, absolutely no one knows. Only the girls here then hahaha.

Yeah, it leaves your body quickly.
The red devils have stopped here. I think I've caught the flu too, every time I get stomach pain and a runny nose.. but I can't wait to start again The advantage is that when I read here and chat with you guys, I get a good feeling and it helps a lot with the info.. while some of you can't really read because you're busy with other things. Personally, it makes me happy.. but waiting is always such a downside.

    How are you all doing?
