Mirena IUD

I'm not really sure where to put this. I had a Mirena IUD inserted on January 9th because of heavy periods. I didn't have any issues for the first 3 weeks, except for a little cramp. But for the past week, my breasts have been hurting a lot, they feel fuller, and my nipples have grown a bit. I've also had really bad cramps for the last 3 days, similar to period pain, and yesterday evening I got some sharp pains in my left ovary. My face has been covered in pimples and bumps for about 8 days. Normally, my period started 4 days ago, but I've heard that it can disappear when you have an IUD. My question is, are all these symptoms really due to the IUD? Does anyone here have more experience with this?

    Hi! I had the IUD for almost 2 years myself.
    I had so much hassle with it, severe abdominal pain, irregular periods (nothing for 6 months and then every 3 weeks), back pain.
    Almost every month I took a pregnancy test because I had all the pregnancy symptoms.
    Long story short, not for me.
