Hi ladies,
I’ve just started tracking my basal body temperature this month. Does anyone who’s been doing it for longer help me out?
I had my LH surge on Saturday morning, and I think my ovulation was Sunday evening. Monday morning my temperature was also 0.5°C higher than Sunday morning. But this morning it dropped again by 0.2°C.
I’ll add a photo below of my temperature chart so far.
I’d really like to learn more about this—it helps you get to know your cycle better and also your body/body language.
