Itchy nipples

Hi! Since I stopped taking the pill, I've been getting this itchy feeling on my breasts, especially around the nipples and areolas. It's driving me crazy. Does anyone have experience with this and, more importantly, what can I do about it? I'm trying not to scratch too much because I have long nails.

    I had such a hard time with that during my pregnancy in the first few weeks, it was driving me crazy... I kept them moisturized with Vaseline (hand cream), and it worked pretty well.

    Vaseline helps! You have to imagine how intense that pill is! Do you notice other effects from stopping?
