Baby name Bowen

Hi everyone,
I've finally found a name that meets almost all my requirements: Bowen. This name is Celtic and is given quite often. However, this name is also the name for a certain disease (Bowen's disease, a skin condition). I'm a bit bummed about that, but since there are definitely several kids in the Netherlands with this name, I wonder if it's really okay to use it. What do you all think?

Hey, I think it's actually pretty good, even if the name isn't really my taste. I've never heard of that disease before. I think you should just go with the name if it feels right to you. Good luck!

I think it's a great name too. You can't really do anything about diseases being named after people/discoverers, and in fact, with any name, there's always a chance that someone will do something that makes that name famous/infamous.

Nice name, and I wasn't familiar with the disease.

Nice, warm name. I didn't know about this disease either.

Nice! Never heard of any illness.

Great name, really! I'd just go for it. I've never heard of this illness either.
