Pill after curettage

Hi everyone,
On 12/12 I had a curettage. At that time I was 9 weeks pregnant and the baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks. The curettage was a conscious choice for us, not mandatory. My gynecologist did recommend that I take the pill Gracial for a month afterward, because it helps the uterus recover faster by creating a thicker lining.
On Tuesday 2/1 I took my last pill in the evening, which I had been looking forward to. As of today (Sunday 7/1) I still haven’t had my period. Yesterday evening I had a tiny bit of bleeding for a short while—I thought it was my period but it only happened once.
Are there any other ladies who took the pill after a curettage? How did you experience it?
