Nees or Jens

We really liked the name Jens for a long time, but it's quite popular. Now I've suddenly come up with the name Nees. What do you think looks better? We're looking for something simple, not too weird, but also not too popular.

    Hi hi.
    At work, I can already point to two guys named Nees. So to me, the name Nees sounds old-fashioned. Sorry.
    I think Jens is nicer.

    I'd never heard of Nees before and think a lot of people would understand Mees. I really like Jens. I had Jens in mind for a long time, but found him a bit too popular. If we have a boy, it'll probably end up being Lex.

    I'm going with Jens then. I don't think Nees is nice, and I haven't heard of it either, by the way.

    On its own, the name Nees fits my vibe pretty well, but Agnes probably has a point about the confusion with Mees.

    I think it's actually a pretty good name, Nees. But even though it might be a popular name, I still find Jens much nicer than Nees. You don't hear this name around here. Here, Levi is a very common name

    Jens is still my favorite. My brother also has that name and thinks it's a great one!

    I don’t really like Nees that much. I’d rather go with Mees. Jens is fine, but I think Jent is nicer.

    I think Jens is more beautiful... and indeed, if it were different, I'd also go for Mees.
