I don't remember anymore.

I don't quite understand the beginning of your story. What do you mean by bleeding? Were you having your period when you had your suspected miscarriage? I think you should wait for the doctor. If something is left behind after a miscarriage, your body might wrongly think you're still pregnant. But it could also be that there was more than one baby, meaning you're still pregnant.

Had called the midwife right after I went to the GP yesterday for an appointment (she insisted I call regardless of the blood test results). I was allowed to drop by for an ultrasound at 4:15 because she really understood the story. But then I got a call an hour before the appointment saying it was cancelled because she thought it was unnecessary, since nothing would have changed after a week. She said my calculations were wrong, blah blah blah... I got a bit annoyed because I've been tracking my periods carefully since I stopped the pill in June to see how my cycle is. Then she dismissed my symptoms as the flu. She was really quite curt. Now my husband and I have decided to wait until next week. Oh, and the blood results from last week and yesterday were the same, very low at 1.2, so according to the GP and midwife, no pregnancy, and I'm okay with believing that, but it does feel too low after two positive tests a week late, and the morning after the second positive test, I did another one which was negative! It's all so weird, I don't understand any of it anymore. And for clarity, both positive tests were read within the specified time.

Do you still understand... I don't anymore! I'm just trying to forget it all and move on to the next round.

How are things going now? Have you been able to have an ultrasound yet?
By the way, you're completely free to request an internal ultrasound at a clinic that offers it. You'll have to pay for it yourself, but it can bring so much peace of mind!

Just saw that someone replied.. sorry, had a few busy days behind me! Unfortunately, I haven't had an ultrasound anymore. The midwife said it was fine like this. Then I tried to get it out of my head and eventually all the symptoms went away! But now, for the past 3 days, I've had very painful breasts, sensitive nipples, a little tummy (if this is the case, 5th pregnancy), nausea, sometimes a bit dizzy especially when standing up, a lot of very frequent urination, and just now when wiping a little bit pinkish, oh, and very messy bowels especially in the evening when I'm lying on the couch.. so no idea how things stand now. Since I basically won't have any hCG left after my miscarriage within a week, I'm assuming I'll get my normal cycle again and actually get my period tomorrow. 2.5 years ago I also had a miscarriage at 7 weeks, and then within a week no more hCG and immediately a normal cycle. So just wait and see hihi but it remains exciting. I've done everything to not think too much about it anyway.
