Can you get pregnant right after your period?

Hi everyone,
I'll introduce myself first. I'm Liesla, and my partner and I are trying for our first baby. In the first few months, I was really calculating when my ovulation would be, and we were having sex like crazy during that time.
After a while, I got tired of being so focused on it and let it go, but we still have unprotected sex.
Since I got my period, I've had a lot of mucus, and sometimes there's a tiny bit of blood in it.
Could it be that I ovulated so soon after my period?

If you have a short cycle, sure. But if you want to know when you're ovulating, I recommend using ovulation tests. Those cheap dipsticks work fine. Then you can focus your kissing efforts more precisely.
