I’d love to chat with girls who, like me, are around 11 months into trying to get pregnant. Lately I’ve been struggling with certain things, like my own impatience... and the confrontation of seeing friends or acquaintances around me getting pregnant. Sometimes I really feel like it’s not working out...
I’d like to share my experiences with people who are in the same boat. I know I should “let go,” some people take longer, and I need to stay positive, but I find that everything keeps turning into a big disappointment when everyone around me gets pregnant and it’s still not happening for us. And every period feels like one too many! Anyone up for chatting? By the way, I’m 33 years old

I totally get how you're feeling. I only got pregnant in round 14... that felt like an eternity for me, even though everyone was like, "Oh, some people take years..." But still, every month counts because you chose to be ready for it! But trust me, there will come a month when it finally happens! I started using ovulation tests right from month two. Maybe it's an idea? Then you feel like you've done something extra..

Thanks for your message! Yes, ovulation tests... I use them sometimes, then skip a cycle. But I'm thinking now that I'll start using them again next month! Maybe that'll give me some reassurance about my fertile days. It's so nice that you're pregnant!! And that it worked out after 14 cycles. I've noticed... I don't really have control over getting pregnant, and that's really tough for a control freak like me! Haha...
