A twin!!

We're having twins! That was quite a shock, especially since neither of us is very good at choosing names. We now have two boys, Jules and Léon. Now we're having a girl and a boy. We're thinking of the following name for our girl: Lilou Felice. However, we can't come up with anything for our little man. Names that have been considered are: Emile, Samuel, Thomas, Nicolas, Hugo. Still, none of them feel like "the one" - this will be my son. Do you have any ideas? The middle name will be Felix (both named after the same person). We're not necessarily looking for a specific genre, but we often end up with Spanish/French names. Preferably not too long, and not too complicated. A touch of chic (although that's subjective) is nice, but it should suit every age. Thank you!

Lovely! When's the due date? We're also expecting twins here, don't know if they're boys or girls yet. I can't help with names, but it's nice to read that there's another future twin mom out there

I also really like the name Lilou!
For a boy: Ceder, Louis, Pepijn, Mathis, Felipe, Silvijn, Malte, James, Espen, Vigo, Oliver, Axel, Thore, Seger, Dante, Noam, Philip, Roemer

Jerom for a boy? Really French!
    I really like Lilou!!

I don't know any names off the top of my head.
    I wouldn't start with L for a boy.

I think Felix and Felice are nice and original!
    Lilou is nice too

    For a boy, maybe Romain?

Wow! Already eight replies, thank you so much!
@hartje: I'm now 26 weeks pregnant. I'm starting my leave from Thursday ) It's heavier than I expected and I look like I'm already 40 weeks pregnant, ha!

Also, you're mentioning nice names. It's great that you're all so enthusiastic about Lilou, Felice, and Felix. My partner and I both think Maxim is nice, though my partner thinks it's more of a girl's name I hope I can convince him a bit more hahaha. I also have a soft spot for Jerom, but my partner thinks that's three times a no. On the other hand, he likes Felipe, which I don't like at all. We both think Louis is cool, but it seems too similar to Lilou. Espen looks nice, but how do you pronounce that?
    More options are still welcome
    Thanks in advance! Love, Sabine!

Do your two boys also have a middle name? If not, I wouldn't give Lilou and the third son a middle name either.

I think Emile fits best from your list.

That's so lovely! I'm also expecting twins (30 weeks pregnant now, and yes, I look and feel like I'm at the end of my rope) and we already have two kids (a son and a daughter)! We're expecting two girls now.
Jules, Leon, Lilou, and... I always think it's nice when they fit together. Choosing names gets harder as you have more kids, right!? Anyway, a French name does seem the nicest, indeed. I think Louis is my favorite. It probably sounds similar enough to Lilou to show that it "fits" (which is nice in itself, it's a twin! Lilou and Louis), but it's different enough so the kids themselves won't get confused recognizing/hearing their names. But well, I'm probably a bit biased... the youngest of our twins is going to be called Lou I think that's nice for a boy and for a girl.
Other options would probably have to start with a J then (which fits with Jules). For example Javier? Jean (Also nice as a closer: a single vowel)?
Or just something totally different: Ramon, Lex, Dimitri...

Well, good luck! We're still puzzling and hesitating a bit... because the name for lady number 1 is also still "a thing" for us.

I wouldn’t go for Lilou Felice and Louis Felix for sure. Not because they’re not beautiful names, but it’s terribly inconvenient to give twins (who share the same birthday) the exact same initials.
I can tell you that institutions in the Netherlands aren’t very handy with that and it can cause problems, like when you get mail and never know who it’s for.

It's a boy and a girl, so it's always clear regarding the greeting! I have twin brothers with exactly the same initials and even that always worked out fine. By the way, everyone in our family (I have two more brothers) has the same initials for first and last name (so all P P P). I don't find that particularly nice, but it's never been a problem for authorities. So I wouldn't let worries about authorities be the deciding factor when choosing names. But I can't help you with names. I'm really bad at it, sorry... I do find French and Spanish names beautiful and would advise: make a top three and wait with giving the real name until the little brother is out! You'll surely know then what fits best. And if there's still doubt... can you ask for help from relatives or something? Well, good luck, go for it and enjoy this special time!

Lilou Felice sounds beautiful! I also think Felix is nice. I like these names the most:
Loïc (nice French name, pronounced: Loowiek)
Mathis (pronounced: Mattis or the slightly more chic Maties)
Espen (pronounced as you say it, it's a Norwegian name)

Well, here we have a boy and girl twin with the same initials, which is a bit of a problem.

But yeah, definitely make a list. If you're still not sure after that, it'll probably become clear on its own after the baby is born.
