I just took a test: positive. I was supposed to get my period on Wednesday, but a week before, I had a little bit of bleeding.. I thought implantation?!
But yesterday and today I had bleeding again, it was red though, not super heavy, and I tested positive today. What should I base myself on? What should I do?

If I understand correctly, you're already overdue? Just to be safe, take another test tomorrow or the day after. If that's also positive, you'll have more information. Then contact your midwife about the bleeding. It can happen, a little bleeding around these weeks... good luck!
