    I think it's a really nice name.
    But I think Janou is just a bit prettier!
    But tastes differ, so just go with what you (and your partner, of course) like best.
    By the way, I also like Manou...

    A friend's little girl is called that, but with a y instead of a j. Personally, I don't think it's such a great name because it makes me think of Pipo the Clown and Mama Lou....
