19-day cycle?

Lincy
Good morning everyone.

I'm at my wit's end, so I was wondering if anyone here has experience with this?

Had a miscarriage on Oct 18.
On Nov 17 I finally ovulated (I always feel it), and on Nov 26 I got my period as expected. It was a bit early after my ovulation, but okay.
Today I was supposed to get my new ovulation, but unfortunately, I got my period again and our spirits are sinking. We've been trying for a first child for 8 years but it keeps being against us We didn't expect it to work right after the miscarriage, but a cycle of 19 days is really, really short, isn't it?
Is this still normal or...?

    Hey Lincy,
It is indeed a bit shorter, but not abnormal. Have you considered getting monitored at the hospital? Then you'll know exactly when you ovulate and have an even bigger chance of getting pregnant. Maybe it's worth discussing with the gynecologist why it's taken 8 years to get pregnant, excluding the miscarriage, which is a shame of course.
I hope you manage to get pregnant.
    Greetings
