Cycle after removing the IUD

Hi ladies,

I had my IUD removed on Nov 6. Got my period on Nov 8 and ovulated on Nov 23. So far so good. But now I'm 9 days late and not pregnant. Have you had similar experiences and if so, how long did it last?

I read everywhere that the IUD shouldn't affect your cycle, but it clearly did for me. While I had the IUD in, I bled every 2-3 weeks and had spotting every few days. It was a Mirena IUD.

I had my IUD removed on Dec 8th, and bled for 4 days after. I logged that as my first period. I'm tracking everything from now on in my planner.
It's all quite complicated. It really depends on your cycle when you ovulate.
So after removal, I don't know my cycle anymore and want to start using ovulation tests to get more insight. Hopefully that helps me get pregnant quickly.
We do chores when we feel like it. At least every other day, but luckily it's not a chore for us. That's already a good step!
I had the Mirena IUD for 8 years, had it swapped after 5 years. At first it was irregular! After that, I never really had a period again. Very rarely, maybe 1 day of bleeding, like 3 or 4 times a year.
So it was lovely, except that now you have no idea at all about your cycle.

My body really needed some time to adjust after my IUD was removed. It also took me a few months to have an ovulation again. First, I had a cycle of 31 days for a few months, then 28 days, and the following month I was pregnant.

Exciting, pingu! Congratulations on your pregnancy. I find it all very exciting. Especially because the female body is so easy. "Hmm". Further, I just wait patiently. I'm going to use ovulation tests to get more insight, if I get my period it's only nice to map my cycle. If I don't get my period and I'm pregnant, even better.

We'll wait, keep working on our projects, and hope for a good result. ????

The problem is that I clearly noticed my ovulation and haven't had a period since.

    Still no period now.
