So I'm 8 days late. I have a 28-day cycle, and it's happened once before that my cycle was 30 days.

Other than the nausea, I don't have any other symptoms, and I had blood drawn this morning because the tests keep coming back negative. I don't know what it's like to be this late in my other pregnancies.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Being really late with negative tests?

    8 days is actually not bad at all. Probably your ovulation was later.

    Hi! I totally get it—tests keep coming back negative, and I’ve been there myself even though I had symptoms and some of them were positive. But I’ve had a noticeably full lower belly for about 3 weeks now, and it’s not like I’ve just gained weight. It really feels like something is there, and when I sit down or stand up, and sometimes even just walking, I feel something “hanging,” and each time I feel a kind of round ligament pain. So frustrating!

    It's indeed frustrating being anonymous. Did you get your blood drawn? I did too, as if something is going on.

    No, I haven't done that yet. I still had the NuvaRing in, but I had stomach flu around my ovulation and was doing some DIY stuff. I did DIY on Friday, got sick on Saturday, and on Wednesday I had brown discharge for 11 days (it stopped when my NuvaRing was supposed to come out), so I kept testing and became nauseous in waves, and felt incredibly tired all that time! And I've had a headache for 3 weeks now. I gave a urine sample to my GP, but it was negative too. I was supposed to insert a new ring last Thursday, but I didn't because my gut feeling tells me something's up. I've never had any cramping in my uterus before, but now I get it every day. The GP didn't want to draw blood yet...

    Does your belly also start to swell? I had just lost weight and suddenly my pants are tight! But only around my belly and normally my hips and butt. But it's also harder than usual.

    The value was low and comparable to 3 weeks of pregnancy. I need to go to the GP on Friday for a referral to the gynecologist.

    Did you also happen to do a home test to see what it says now? I just got a negative again but had sharp stabs in my lower belly all day, and my left groin was acting up occasionally too. I'll call the doctor tomorrow since I'm going on vacation next week and would like to know something.

    That's too low to test for; it needs to be at least 25, and I didn't have that. Those shots are gone for me now. I'd just call your GP, I totally get wanting to know something, and thank you!

    Hi,

    I'm also 10 days overdue and still testing negative. I'm going to the HA next week too because I've got this nagging stomach ache that doesn't feel right.
