Ladies, I have a question..
My last period started on November 9th. I had unprotected sex once on November 18th and now I'm pregnant. Did I ovulate that early? I felt different in my tummy a few days after the sex, with some mild cramps (hard to explain). For the past couple of weeks, I've often had lower back pain and shoulder pain when I sleep; I wake up from it every day. But I never thought I might be pregnant because I thought ovulation would be around day 14. The unprotected sex was on the 10th day after the first day of my period. How pregnant am I now, and when did implantation occur?

Ovulation doesn't always happen neatly on day 14, so you can't just assume that! And sperm can survive in the uterus for several days! Implantation happens between day 6 and day 10 after ovulation, with exceptions of course, sometimes a bit earlier or later! How long you're pregnant also depends on the length of your cycle! If we assume a 28-day cycle, you're currently 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant, and your due date is August 16!
