My last period started on November 9th. I had unprotected sex once on November 18th and now I'm pregnant. Did I ovulate that early? A few days after having sex, I felt something different in my belly and had some mild cramps—hard to explain. For the past couple of weeks, I've often had lower back pain and shoulder pain when I sleep. I wake up from it every day, but I never thought I might be pregnant because I thought ovulation would be around day 14. The unprotected sex was on the 10th day after the first day of my period. How far along am I now, and when did implantation occur?

4 days the sperm can survive if you're lucky (or in this case, unlucky) yes..
Your ovulation is probably today, exactly 4 weeks then.
