"Demira" Dee or Mira?

We really want to give our third girl the name Demira. (as the official name)
But we can't decide between Dee and Mira for a nickname.
What do you think, Dee or Mira?

    No, Demi is too popular and we already know many Demis.

    Do you want to pronounce Dee just the Dutch way?
    I think Mira is really a name, and Dee feels a bit less so.

    I would go for Mira. It feels much more feminine, and I think it will also be easier for others to understand in the future. (Dee can be written as Dé/Dée, pronounced in both English and Dutch, etc.)

    Then I'd go for Mira.. is WMB also more of a name.. with Dee they'll quickly think it's an abbreviation.
