I've been having this pain in my hips/butt lately when I'm in bed. It comes out of nowhere, but it hurts so much that I can barely turn over or walk. I'm 23 weeks pregnant now. I don't hear much about it, but are there more people who have this issue? Besides that, I don't have any pelvic pain or anything...

This does seem to fit with the symptoms of pelvic instability! I'd recommend going to your GP or physio for a check!
