Cycle gone missing

Good morning everyone.
I'm Lola Bos. 24 years old and trying to get pregnant for 2 years now.
My cycle was always 28 days with 4 days of menstruation.
On September 28, 2017, I had a laparoscopy, and everything was normal.
My partner's sperm count was also fine.
All in all, we had a pregnancy chance of 33.2%.
The first month after the laparoscopy, I was 5 days late, but my period still came.. MEN!
But now my cycle is messed up, and my temperature yesterday was 37.3.
Since my cycle is off, I'm tracking my temperature daily from the start of my period (on the advice of my gynecologist).
On November 9, I had a drop: 36.4.
Has anyone experienced this after a laparoscopy?
