pregnant or not

Hey everyone, just a quick question. I had my Implanon removed about 2 months ago. At first, I used the Nuva Ring for a week, but it didn't work for me (since we wanted to wait a bit longer), but now we're ready to go for it. Here's the thing... I had my period from Oct 6 to Oct 9. Then I got my next period exactly 3 weeks later, from Oct 27 to Oct 31. Now, 3 weeks later, I should have gotten my period yesterday, but it didn't happen. My pregnancy test was negative. Does anyone have experience with this, or will my period just come eventually?

Could it be that you ovulated later, which would mean your period would come a bit later? You could also wait a few days and take another pregnancy test just to be sure if you haven't gotten your period yet. Anyway, good luck

The time between your 1st and 2nd period was a week shorter than the average 28 to 32 days. I can easily imagine that your body will now settle into a more normal cycle length, which would mean that you'd get your period at the earliest next week! If you are pregnant, there's a good chance you'll only test positive next week...
So have a week of patience, how annoying that unfortunately is!

We're waiting patiently, but I've had shorter periods more often. That was already quite different with the first pregnancy.
