Pregnant?

I just don't know anymore, is my body messing with me or is there a chance I'm pregnant....
Started Clomid 50mg for 5 days on Oct 4.
On day 12 had an ultrasound with 2 follicles, right one 11mm and left one 26mm, got a Pregnyl shot on Oct 15. Then waited until Oct 29 for my period to come.
However, a week after the Pregnyl shot I lost some brown discharge for a few days. The following week I had early pregnancy symptoms, nausea from certain smells, gurgling intestines, bloated belly etc. Then on Nov 2 I had some bleeding once while at the toilet, there was quite a bit of blood on the wipe.
I've done various Action tests, both regular and early, even the ones from the discount store, but every test is negative.
I still haven't had my period except for that little bit of bleeding.
Still occasionally nauseous, discharge from nipples which also look different, larger breasts, sometimes a weird feeling low in the belly.
This isn't my first pregnancy so normally I should just know like with the previous ones......
But never before that I was overdue and had a negative test. I always knew I was pregnant back then.
Ok my last pregnancy was 13 years ago, I'm older and a different partner so maybe everything is just very different, but I'm so unsure.
Am I pregnant or is my body playing tricks on me?

Of course, it's possible that a test shows negative for a long time, but now it should have changed to a positive... Terrible, right, that uncertainty!
You can have your blood checked by the GP, then you'll know right away. -

Yeah, Gwen, it's enough to drive you crazy.
In my other thread in the right place, I wrote that I had contact with the gynecologist.
She assumes that the bleeding was my MS..... so we'll see.
