H ello everyone,

I'm new here, and I'm not really sure if this belongs here, but I'd like to share my story anyway. Hopefully, someone here has good advice or tips. Now, let me start from the beginning. On August 23, I got my period. I was supposed to get it again on September 19. On September 19, there was no sign of it, so I took a test and it was negative. A few days later, I tested again, and it was negative again. I thought my period was just a bit late. On September 25, I had heavy bleeding, and the next day it was less, and then just like my usual period. I thought then that those were my periods. My next ovulation should have been around October 11. Around October 6, I did an ovulation test, and it was clearly positive. This continued until October 10, when I started to find this strange and decided to take a pregnancy test since I had read that ovulation tests can also test positive for the HCG hormone. The pregnancy test was positive, and the next day it was positive again. On October 11, I immediately had a blood test, and yes, yes, my HCG hormone was over 4000. The doctor said I was 5 weeks pregnant. The doctor explained that the bleeding on September 25 was either very heavy implantation bleeding or possibly a twin pregnancy with one fetus possibly having died. Now, we were naturally super happy about this, since my blood values showed that my thyroid was underactive, I went to the gynecologist as soon as possible. On October 16, at the gynecologist, everything was in order, it was properly implanted, the heartbeat was there, 3 mm big and 5 weeks along. I was very relieved, of course. On Saturday, October 21, I suddenly felt much less tired, no more acid reflux, but I didn't worry right away. Now, on Sunday afternoon, I had light watery bleeding while "wiping" (sorry for the description). Since I was supposed to get my period on October 23, I didn't worry right away. After calling the on-call doctor, I was naturally very anxious, so we decided to go to the emergency room. After waiting for 2 hours and having to tell my story at least 5 times, a very stern gynecologist came, and after examining me, he told me very sternly that the heartbeat was no longer there, the fetus was no longer growing, and I was having a miscarriage. My world fell apart. That night, no bleeding, no cramps, nothing. On October 23, I went to my own
