Hi!
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and just got back from my OB visit; everything was fine. When I got home, my daughter (3 years old) jumped on me and her foot went right into my belly. I did feel her move around afterwards. But should I be worried?

Hi,
No worries, your baby is safely tucked away in your belly and can handle a little bump.
If you suddenly feel sharp pains in your belly or start bleeding, I’d recommend calling your midwife or GP just to be safe.
Tip: Maybe explain to your daughter that kicking Mama in the belly isn’t the best timing!
