Clearblue opened, positive?

Hi everyone,
I've been feeling different for a week now - nauseous, headaches, stomach pain, and emotional about everything and nothing. So today I did a Clearblue Digital test with indicator. It said: not pregnant. Because I had heard once that you can open these tests, I did it out of curiosity... this had on one test strip a thick and a thin line and on the other test strip a thin line. The photo of it is on my profile (couldn't attach this to the message). Even though I know it's a bit silly that I opened the test, I wondered if you've ever done this and what these lines mean to you?
Later in the day I did an Action test and it was negative, the Clearblue test I did with morning urine.
Hopefully I don't come across as too silly, but I just had to ask this question..

    Oh, I don’t have experience with the digital test, but I do know how to take tests apart, haha. I hope it means something. It’s hard to say from the photo. When is your due date?

    I have no idea either how a digital test normally looks when you take it apart.. maybe I'll do another test from the Action tomorrow morning?

    Thanks for your replies! I'm not sure when my ovulation was; I think it was yesterday, but my cycle isn't always exactly the same length. I guess I'll do another action test the day after tomorrow, first thing in the morning. I'm curious...

    The leaflet says you shouldn't open the test. There are tons of topics about this. Clearblue always shows lines when you open it. And that doesn't mean you're pregnant. Search for those topics. It's a digital test, not a line test. Good luck with the next round.

    That always gives a double line, so it's totally pointless, sorry!

    I think the lines do mean something, because it reads the lines digitally. If the line is too faint, it can't read it because it's digital, so it says not pregnant. But you could still be pregnant. I'd wait a bit longer.

    Tested positive for my period yesterday. Just checked for you regarding the lines. See photo. The test indicated 1-2 weeks pregnant

    Clearblue tests shouldn't be opened; a second line always appears, regardless of whether you're pregnant or not.
