Positive ovulation test from Kruidvat but not from Action??

I have a question. I got a clear positive result from the Kruidvat ovulation test. The test line is darker than the control line in terms of color.
But here's the thing: yesterday I also took ovulation tests from the Action, and this one wasn't even dark, so it was negative.
According to my own calculations, I should be ovulating within the next few days.
My question now is: are the Action ovulation tests reliable? Or is the Kruidvat one unreliable?

Did you do the one from Action later than the one from Kruidvat? It could be that your LH peak had already passed by the time you tested with the Action one. If so, you can indeed expect your ovulation any day now.

Just did another test with Noortje28 using the same urine sample, with both the Kruidvat and Action tests. The Kruidvat one is still positive, but the Action one isn't?

    do you have photos?

That’s probably because the KV ones are more sensitive than the Action ones.
Relax, if the test is positive, you still have to wait for the egg to be released, so just check around the same time tomorrow and see what they do. Does the test line get darker or lighter? Then you’ll also know whether your LH is increasing or decreasing.

By the way, I couldn’t make heads or tails of the Kruidvat tests; they varied so much for me that I couldn’t figure anything out.

Noortje, I don't have any photos. The camera's acting up.

Betty, I still have about 7-8 test strips left from the Action. I'll start using them every day from now on to see what they show. Tough to deal with, it really makes you feel unsure.

Noortje, I was able to take some photos, just wait a bit and I'll send them over

Okay, yeah, tricky. I get your confusion.
I think the Kruidvat test works better for you than the one from Action.
I’ve heard positive things about the Action ovulation tests, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work for you.

Indeed, as Betty says, relax, it’ll be fine Good luck!
