Hi everyone,
We're trying to conceive using Clomid and ovulation tests.
On day 17, I got a positive ovulation test. We had sex both before and after that. With the last round of Clomid, my cycle has been 31 days. So I'd expect my period this coming Thursday.
But last Sunday (4 days before my expected period), I had bright red bleeding. Not even a tampon full, and nothing else since. No spotting or old blood either.
I thought it was my period, but could it also be implantation bleeding?

    Leeuwtje, this could definitely be implantation bleeding. Have you already contacted the ZH about this? Or maybe take an early pregnancy test... That might give you more information. I just don't know if that's possible with your medication...

    No, I haven't had any contact yet because I was actually expecting my period. When nothing had happened by this morning, I thought it might be implantation bleeding. Could I test positive already? Seems so short to me... I'll just do a test tomorrow morning instead.

    Should probably just call and ask at the hospital.
    With an early test you can often test 4 days before your expected period.
    Can't wait to hear!

    I'd suggest discussing it with the hospital. You can always do an early test, but it's better to wait until after the NTD scan.

    I think the hospital will say I should wait until Thursday. And that's obviously true. Patience is tough haha. I was just wondering if it's even possible that it's still an implantation bleed. And I believe that this can still be the case. So I still have a little hope as long as I haven't had my period yet..
