Hi ladies, I'm 35 weeks pregnant now but I'm still not sure about the name 
I personally think Eva is a really beautiful name, but my partner doesn't like it... So we've come up with the name Ilse together. But what do you all think is the most beautiful variant: Ilse, Ilze, or Ylze?

Yeah, then she doesn't have to say it when she introduces herself on the phone or later gives out her email address, whether it's Ilse with a z or with a y.
