Nutrition during pregnancy

Hi!
You think there aren't enough products specifically for pregnant women. Why should pregnant women need special products? What is your opinion based on? Research? What do you think of yourself? Everything in the supermarket is okay for you to have, except for a few small products, but there are always alternatives for those?
It comes across as a bit patronizing, although I do think you mean well.

@today totally agree, just eat veggies and fruit, don't take too many sugars, stay fit, it'll all work out

It really is a gap in the market. I'm sure that if there's real food for pregnant women, the shelves will be bought out. Because everyone falls for it.

Doesn't seem like a gap in the market to me. If you just browse the forum a bit, you'll see that everyone gets pregnant in their own way. So it seems to me that your "needs" are different. For me (someone who gets nauseous/dizzy/faints), it doesn't matter much what I eat, but it's more important that I eat.
