Ibuprofen is occasionally safe in the first half of pregnancy, and sumatriptan is also occasionally safe during pregnancy. You shouldn't believe everything written on non-medical sites

    That’s so frustrating! Have you ever consulted a neurologist? Maybe taking preventive medication after pregnancy could be an option? Unfortunately, GPs often lack the expertise for this, even though they sometimes say otherwise.
    And maybe keeping a headache diary for a while could help you better understand triggers and warning signs before an attack, if you haven’t already.
    Also, here’s a homeopathic tip: apply tiger balm to your temples and forehead. It won’t eliminate the headache but can provide some relief
