Is this really a cross?

Hello members of this forum.
I'm peeking around the corner for the first time. I've been reading along for a while, but I'd really like to hear your opinion now.
I took a second test today. My period is due in two days.. Something inside me says it's a hit.
Would you mind taking a look at the photo of my test?
I'd be very grateful for an honest opinion.

    Anything can go wrong, but I wouldn't worry about it now. S1986. Enjoy your pregnancy
    What you should do now, whether it's your GP or midwife, I don't know if I can help you with that since I'm from Belgium. Are you too?

    That’s indeed a positive test. But I understand the uncertainty when you’re taking your first test. It does seem like this is a keeper! Exciting!

    In the Netherlands, you can call your midwife after a positive test to schedule the first appointment. That will usually be around 8 weeks of pregnancy (on average).

    @Ann: I live in the NL. I think I'll contact my GP next week for advice if my period actually doesn't come.

    Did a test this morning and it's clearly positive!!!

    Yes, this is really nice! Also quite exciting! I only stopped the pill a little over 2 months ago. I assumed I’d need to wait at least half a year after “detoxing” from the pill, having taken it non-stop for 16 years. But it happened right during my (presumed 2nd) ovulation after the first period, so it was a hit.
    I find it really special. I hope it stays put?

    Oh, I’ve also had my second ovulation this cycle after stopping the pill. I’m hoping for the same luck, hihi.
