Am I imagining it, or should I just test it out?

I need your advice. I started my pill late. My boyfriend and I use condoms, but we've also had unprotected sex a few times (2-3 weeks ago). At that time, I had hot flashes, crying for no reason, dizziness, and nausea both in the morning and sometimes in the evening. I have no appetite, and if I do eat, I can't eat much... Since today, I've noticed that my nipples feel sensitive and irritable when my boyfriend or I touch them. It feels very unpleasant and even a bit painful.
