Zinna and Zilla?

We are exactly 27 weeks and 6 days pregnant now.
We both really like Zinna and Zilla, but doesn't it seem too similar because they both start with a Z and end with an A, with only the two middle letters being different?
But on the other hand, I don't think they sound that similar because you pronounce Zinna as Zienna and Zilla just as Zilla.
What do you think?

    I think they look quite similar.
    I would pronounce both Zinna and Zilla as Zinna and Zilla.

    For the pronunciation Ziena, I would write Zina.
    Maybe Ziva is nice too? It’s tricky though!

    I also think they look too similar. I’d go with the spelling Zina instead, otherwise there’s a chance they’ll mispronounce it. I also think Ziva is really nice, as Anouk already said.

    I think they look very similar. Maybe rather: Zilla and Zora? Zita and Zara?

    I also think they look too similar. Zilla reminds me of Godzilla or Bridezilla. I think Mia's suggestion of Zita, Zina, and Zara is nice.
