    For a girl, I think Zhia is beautiful.
    I would pronounce it as zie-ja.

    Zhi: pronounced Zee
    Zhen: pronounced Zen
    Zhu: pronounced Zoe
    Zia: as you write it. Zia would definitely be my choice.

    Zhi : dzjuh or dzjih (Chinese sound)
    Zhen: zen
    Zhu : dzjoe
    Zia : zia (in my opinion, this is the easiest to pronounce as it is written)
