What do you think of Presley and Paisley?

Help!
My girlfriend has had the name Presley in her head for 10 years for her (unborn) son.
I’ve had the name Paisley in my head for years for my (unborn) daughter.
Now I’m pregnant with a boy and a girl.
What do you think about just going with Presley and Paisley, or should we pick a different name for one of them?

I'd definitely choose a different name. I don't think your girlfriend is going to be very happy if you name your son Presley too.
Does she know you want to name your daughter Paisley? Personally, I think they're quite similar, and I wouldn't like it if my partner did that. But everyone's entitled to their own opinion, of course.

just to clarify, my girlfriend and I are a couple. sorry, I should have explained it better.
my girlfriend (with whom I am a couple) doesn't really mind, but I'm really unsure myself.
so it's going to be twins.

    Do what you both enjoy.

Haha okay, so that's a whole different story! Fun to do... if you like the names together for twins.

I personally don't find the names beautiful. Keep in mind that they are English names and can sometimes be mispronounced.
If it's your choice, then go ahead and choose those names.

    Nice combo.
Using both names with a p gives it a bit of a twin vibe without the immediate "quack quack" effect.

I'm not a big fan of the names either, nor the combination. But indeed, you should choose what you like best. :-)
