My best friend just found out she's pregnant and she's super stressed about who the father is.

She had (protected) sex with one guy 1 day after her last period. A week later she had sex with someone else (unprotected), and a week after that again (unprotected, but with the same guy as the week before).

Her cycles are between 38 and 34 days, so I don't think she got pregnant from the first time (1 day after her period) + that was protected anyway.

I guess she got pregnant from the last time because that was more than 2 weeks after her period and with her longer cycle, she was only fertile then.

Am I right?

    The man she had unprotected sex with twice has the best credentials. Were the condoms on? That sounds like total shit!!

    That sounds like me too. The first day after her period is already negligible, and it was also protected. I think she's stressing herself unnecessarily izzy: But yeah.. why was it protected with one and not with the other.. that's also a mystery to me.

    + according to the calculations from the internet and the midwife, her fertile days fell exactly in the week when she had sex twice with man B.
    She has a long cycle, so you're definitely not fertile just 1 day after your period.
    But I can see how it would cross your mind, that's what you get for it

    I'm 32 weeks pregnant myself now and I'm pretty sure about it, haha.
    I thought I'd ask what others think so I can tell her that
    Even though it's pretty clear anyway, I totally get her.

    Maybe a silly comment, Geneviève, but if you're 32 weeks pregnant yourself, I think you know that getting pregnant 1 day after your period is practically impossible, right?
