Could I really be pregnant?

Hi everyone,
I thought I’d do a test this morning but never dared to hope what I’d see.
There’s a clear line on the test, and next to it, there’s also a fainter line... what do you think? Could this be reliable? I almost don’t dare to hope!!
Should I take the test again?
