What's the right moment?

Hi,

We're a bit unsure about a situation and don't really know what we want.
My partner and I both want kids, but we're not sure when to start.
We're 23 and 24, he has a stable job, I have work but it's not permanent. We own our own home, but we've only been together for two years, and that's actually the main issue. I don't want us to look back in a few years and say, "We should've taken it easier"... but on the other hand, the desire is growing bigger and bigger.

We both don't want to become parents too late, but you never know if it'll happen quickly or not.
How did you handle this?

    Hi,
We were 25 and 27 when we started trying. Now a year later and 22 weeks pregnant. It took us 7 months.
I was hesitating, my partner wanted to already 2 years ago. There's no perfect moment My partner always says if your intentions are good, you can't make mistakes.
    So True
    Good luck with this choice

You can't plan out your life, it just doesn't work like that. What seems good at one moment can go wrong at another... I was just living on my own and after a month and a half, I found out I was pregnant. I was 20 years old, just out of my parents' house.
Now, almost 14 years later, we're married, have 3 kids, and are happier than ever. We're even going for a fourth
And everything we've been through and are going through now, I could never have planned it like that. It just happens as it happens!
    Good luck with your decision!
