mini baby doll?

Good morning everyone,

I'd like to announce the arrival of our baby to the grandparents in an original way! My idea: a decorative cabbage with a tiny baby doll inside and a matching message on the jar. The cabbage and the message aren't a problem, but where can I find such a doll? It definitely shouldn't be bigger than about 4 or 5 cm, preferably smaller.
Any ideas?

    Oh... that's quite small. There are bigger ones though. Those are the mini Baby Borns, and there's a cheap alternative available at Action.
    A few weeks ago, the mini Baby Borns were at Action, but they flew off the shelves here, so I doubt they're still available.

    At Jamin or another candy shop, or a place where you can buy those accessories for cakes/cupcakes, etc., they also have those little mini babies in various poses for cakes, etc. You could place one on that candle... I don't have such a store nearby, so you'd have to order it online.
